Sproutt’s approach focused on integrating site-specific constraints with Council requirements to deliver a practical and compliant design. The team developed a detailed civil and earthworks plan to determine finished floor levels and calculate earthworks volumes across the site. Stormwater infrastructure was designed using hydraulic modelling to size pipe networks and detention basins, ensuring effective runoff management and compliance with Council guidelines. A turnpath assessment was undertaken to support waste collection logistics, and a waste management plan was developed to ensure operational efficiency and accessibility. Internal road design included the layout of access roads and a roundabout to facilitate safe and efficient vehicle movement throughout the facility. Sproutt's traffic engineers ensured that the design met the requirements of the Plan SA and was aligned with Australian Standards & Austroads guidelines. We also prepared a Waste Management Plan for development approval.
