Sproutt was engaged to undertake a condition assessment and financial valuation for all buildings in the Adelaide Hills Council Portfolio. The purpose of the engagement was to inform the Council’s asset management planning, insurance coverage, and future maintenance requirements for this important community facility.
Our Approach
Sproutt carried out a detailed onsite inspection of all structures to assess overall condition, identify defects requiring short-term maintenance, and inform long-term capital planning. The engagement also included building and insurance valuations provided by our specialist valuation partner, Andrea Carolan (Public Private Property), and completion of a property quality assessment to evaluate the site's current functionality and suitability for use.
Outcomes
Sproutt’s independent assessment and valuation of the Adelaide Hills Council's buildings and sheds have delivered crucial information for the Council’s asset management and insurance processes.
