Sproutt undertook a comprehensive condition audit of City of Holdfast Bay Footpaths across the Council Area, collecting information for condition, type and material and Trip Hazards to create comprehensive capital works and maintenance programs.

Our Approach

A comprehensive progress tracker dashboard built using ArcGIS Dashboard provided transparency over Sproutt's progress throughout the project.

Outcomes

Detailed capital works programs and planning could be derived from this data delivery. The progress tracker also provided a significant benefit for maintenance. Trip Hazards were a key focus for the footpath network, so identification and required maintenance was captured and displayed on the dashboard. Summaries and locations helped estimate the materials and costs required to plan maintenance across the entire network, which could be viewed instantly and reviewed as the project progressed.
