This project involved a comprehensive analysis of vehicle and pedestrian movements within the fenced boundary between the ambulance station and Fulham Support Services. It included evaluations of traffic flow, parking, loading zones, pedestrian safety, and workshop operations. Existing signage was reviewed for compliance and improvement opportunities. The findings supported SAAS in maintaining a safe and efficient facility aligned with the needs of emergency service operations.
Our Approach
After meeting with the client and familiarising ourselves with the site, we completed site analysis and summarised site data. We assessed traffic and movement through the site and undertook reporting and review with the client.
Outcomes
We provided a comprehensive report with recommendations and an implementation plan; recommendations were ranked according to a risk score and included high-level cost estimates.
